Lots of groups are following this, so you can search for info fairly easily. The summary is all the pro-freedom ruling already have automatic stays on them which functionally maintain the illegal laws in force. The 9th circuit court of appeals will hear these cases in a year or so, likely rule the laws are constitutional, then the cases will go up to the supreme court again.

I've been watching these cases for 5+ years and its all just stall tactics.

Doesn't matter. Everyone is following the old CA rules. Out of state won't ship in 10+ round mags despite it being over turned because they don't want to deal with the bullshit. Hand gun roster is still enforced even though it has been overturned too. Laws don't matter anymore.
