Bingo! NEVER do much more activity that you're used to. Sure you can scale up, but do it slowly. Linus Pauling said this. Also take 4000-10,000mg of vitamin C a day. It very likely is used to repair all collagen including that in your arteries so you won't get a heart attack. Once again, Linus Pauling. Also consume half the amount of sugar most Americans do. That was almost 50 years ago when he said that and it was far less then. Yes, Linus Pauling.

Think of heart disease like scurvy lite. If you're not getting enough vitamin C, over time cracks are formed and sort of paved over with a waxy like material that is not part of the normal repair process if you're getting enough vitamin C. If you exercise way too much, that waxy material breaks off and that plaque along with the plaque buildup behind it breaks loose and clogs an artery feeding your heart tissue itself--heart attack. Of course with too much exercise, your heart can also just not beat right and you get a cardiac arrest.

The government for years told people they need less than 100mg of vitamin C. Now I'm seeing a lot of people recommend 2000-4000mg a day. If many people start taking this advice and we start seeing a lot less heart attacks, our government should be thrown in jail for vilifying Linus Pauling like they did.

Guy won two individual nobel prizes and was considered the father of modern chemistry and they treated him like shit. Fuck the (((medical establishment))) and the government.
