This is just a general outline of a theory. It's not water tight and has many gaps so feel free to add to why my theory doesn't work or perhaps help me fill in some gaps. Anyhow on to the point.

Let's say you're a world elite planning a war for profit, like ya do. Also you're addicted to a very specific drug. Now war is profitable and all but it tends to reduce population. On top of the fact you know there's a general trend of low birthrates in general. Unfortunately if you lower the population through a war it has the consequences of drying up your supply of tax payers as well as your drug of choice. Both unfavorable. So. What's one surefire way the government has to pretty much guarantee a boost in the population? Lockdown. I mean What else is everyone going to do? Baby boom 2.0. This replaces your pool of tax payers while also reupping the supply of your fav drug. Adrenochrome. Unfortunately your biggest drug dealer has been busted by some rogue cowboy cop. What do you do? 1)it helps to get rid of the males who would generally be in charge of depriving you access to your drug. War handles that. But also. Mass migration. So you open boarders. Open boarders also has the dual purpose of making it easier to acquire your drug as that's the one of the easiest point for some of your smaller dealers to abduct kids. Another good place is a war zone due to the general fog of war. Too much other stuff people are discussing to leave room for the discussion of missing kids to take place. Interesting timing for abortion to be a restricted and outlawed in certain places. What about the vax. Or euthanasia in Canada for example. Best guess is this is a good way to tidy up the gene pool a bit. Get rid of the elderly who can't really contribute to the population replacement. They'll hand inherintences down to their kids who can making them less reluctant to have kids. Also get rid of the mentally unstable and other "useless eaters". How about the vax? Best guess is another method of tidying. Targeting people with specific genetic anomalies maybe? Gathering data from people for future wars for profit? I'm not sure. It is indeed a big gap in the theory. There are several others im sure. But that's the gist of it. Thoughts for or against?
