This "art" is probably a money laundering grift done by either jews or by a few of their pupils for the purpose of a humiliation ritual on the local populace of White people.

The people who produced it knew how god awful it is, but know there will be no negative backlash against them. As such they want to flaunt what they can get away with, while sucking up a bunch of resources from people that work.

Guaranteed this only cost a fraction of the 1.8 million to produce, and the rest was pocketed.
