They promise money for foreign aid that's already marked for the IRS to find tax cheats.

Dems mad it's not a blank check and will refuse to "approve" this "aid".

Make the countries sign a waiver stating that:

"Given Americans current trajectory if the United States falls on hard economic times will your country supply aid in the form of the same ammount of US currency to keep America from faltering?"

If no recind all aid immediately. But we all know the answer to that question. And none of this is about the future of America for Americans.
