I had a friend at work dealing with an HR complaints because he wouldn't ENGAGE her forward thinking. He is married and backed off, took offense and told HR he touched her. After many interviews they realize she was nuts and she ended up being fired. Nothing happened to him butyou don't want that on you at a company.
