Bolshevik Court of Appeals overturned an injunction against Illinois’ “assault weapons” ban, deciding that AR-15s are not protected by the Second Amendment.

They just do whatever the fuck they want. It doesn't matter how clearly the Constitution spells something out, they just add and take away whatever they want. There's no point trying to operate inside the judicial system for anything important.

They noted that Heller (2008) held, “[l]ike most rights, the right secured by the Second Amendment is not unlimited.”

They went on to note that in Heller, the Supreme Court of the United States found that machine guns were not protected under the Second Amendment because they were not “bearable” arms, and that is “because they can be dedicated exclusively to military use.”

It's odd. Sawed off shotguns we're upheld as bannable because they weren't used by the military and were therfore not "arms".

SCOTUS will reverse this. AR's are in "common use" as the most commonly owned rifle in the country.

The 9th circuit is about to be forced to allow "assault rifles" in CA to avoid a potential SCOTUS decision.

I predict some lunatics out there are probably thinking "fine, looks like the Illinois court of appeals isn't protected by the law either."

We already saw one example made with that dude who killed his divorce court judge. Whole country is going off the rails bit by bit because the executive and the legislative, both at the state, and federal level, can't reel in their own lawlessness and overreach.
