On the surface, it certainly sounds tyrannical, but it actually seems like the charge they are looking to put on him is criminal trespass as it seems he was on someone’s property without their permission. This looks like an incident the police were summoned to and not something they happened upon. He was probably anal retentive about the appearance of his neighbor’s property and started plowing it and he/she told him to fuck off and here we are.

And for that he’s a smart man. You have realize why they are adamant about getting you to sign it. The police and the courts do not have jurisdiction over you as a living man. None of their statutes and codes apply to you unless you consent to them. If you sign the contract then you are consenting to their jurisdiction and their consequences. If he is aware of these facts then he’s going to also sue all of those cops which probably didn’t know they gave up their qualified immunity as well as the court. They will end up settling, he will sign an NDA and get paid a lot. That’s why you never hear about these things. Those pesky NDAs keep everyone in the dark.

The street has clearly been plowed and then he went and plowed all that now back on to it.
