Obviously most severe here on the California coast. A couple decades age we had 5 to 10 days of 70F and above in January. Fewer and fewer over the years, until last year there was 1, and this year there were none.

At this rate, we could end up having freezing weather in the winter. Global cooling is hitting hard here. Last winter, all my pepper plants died, except for the bottom 4 inches on one plant.
