The resolution declares the town, which is based in Muskegon County, will not enforce gun control measures which include red-flag laws restricting gun and ammunition possession.

allowing that would be the EASIEST route for the fed government to shut this down, by playing into the fed's rules it is thus left upon the state to enforce any rules violations.
