Planes Trains and Automobiles is about Steve Martin and John Candy's characters trying to get home in time for Thanksgiving. My family watched it every year when I was a kid.

Not movies but tv shows. Little House on the Prairie had some good Thanksgiving shows in the early years. I'm pretty sure the Andy Griffith show had some Thanksgiving episodes as well.
A lot of those older shows usually had some good episodes about being blessed and truly being Thankful.
