The plaintiff will avalanche you with discovery demands and the judge will summary judgement you and let a jury decide how much you pay based on the allegations of your net worth as stated by the plaintiff. The judge will instruct the jury to consider you liable for the damages alleged in the complaint and not allow you to argue the merits.

If you can afford an appeal, you'll likely win and get the summary judgement reversed.

Jones was given a summary judgement by a "feminist" crayon head. He was never allowed to argue the merits of Sandy Hook.

He wasn't even allowed to contest the valuation of his assets made by the court (a head nod to the plaintiff's attorneys valuation).

He is appealing and will win on appeal after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars. The plaintiff's are asking for a $60M settlement following their $1.2 (?) Billion verdict. They know he isn't worth a Billion dollars.
