There was no way of preserving food stuffs 2000yrs ago short of alcohol or salt without refrigeration.

Wine has been tested from antiquity with hydrometers and they have found it indeed did contain alcohol as did beer, but the percentages were much lower. They were stored in earthware containers with vine leaves or goat skin sacks with pine pitch resin to reduce anaerobic bacteria, adjust pH and stop oxidisation.

Wine from jebus time 100% had alcohol in it, fact!

I guarantee you wine in antiquity all had alcohol in it. modern wine is about 12-15%, ancient wine 15%-25% and diluted down 2:1. It was made this way to kill of pathogens, preserve the beverage and preserve flavour.
It is embarrassing that you discredit reality so verily because it contradicts your faith based learning.
