I've seen leftists on forums have no real defence for this and just say one of two things:

1 point to that one time a transgender didn't win and infer "see it's fair!"
2 insist it's a real woman and you're being transphobic

The food guy Adam Regusea has some good advice on food and has interesting things to say about food history. But during one of his podcasts he says that trannies have an unfair advantage but ultimately it's all just entertainment and validating the trannies is more important than who gets the medal. Degenerate and condescending to women, but at least there's logic there.
