The cops are going to do their thing. Can’t stop that. You can navigate through that and not have them draw guns. Sure, one might go to jail. It’s not about getting through to the cops because they’re usually on a power trip. It’s about knowing what to say to the cops and getting to the court. Do it right and you’ll get paid. If you know what you’re doing you’ll be hoping the cops will fuck up and take you to jail.

If he does, Nebraska would become the 27th state to allow permitless concealed carry.

You seem to misunderstand the differences. Words ARE important. Concealed carry(permitless) is NOT the same as Constitutional Carry and while it is progress there are formalities and restrictions.

When I can pull on a pair of pants and mount an IWB holster in them the same way I'd position a tie clip, then that is Constitutional Carry. In some places having the top half exposed could be stretched, and has, to be considered "Brandishing". Constitutional Carry means that no law prevents or details how or what you carry.

- Don't get me wrong, I've been following this for way way over a decade back when NH and AK were the only ones. Glad to see WY, and then AZ and then to my surprise MO.

TN is "technically" Constitutional Carry but ONLY because they have no intent to enforce permits for CC. Although there is a provision where they could if they wanted to.

My state says we have constitutional carry, but it's sort of a lie. Outside city limits, yes, you can conceal carry all you want without a permit, but the moment you step inside city limits, you either have to have a CCW permit, or you open carry, or you break the law.

In my state there is constitutional carry but businesses can still restrict carry to those with a concealed carry permit.
