I’m guessing MADD is listening for people in bars and then driving- wether or not they get location data maybe irrelevant depending on the conversation. That may be all they need to report you in real time. That’s all arguably well intentioned, but there are many private organizations that aren’t “well” intended that will use this as well… Local school boards, a company targeting its own employees, PETA, Antifa, etc…..

This tech will allow massive manipulation of behavioral units as their programming and basis for behaviors is better understood. More just a refinement to current techniques, but far closer to turning people into programmable NPCs.
I think it was back on old reddit, where some company ostensibly hired a designer to create a logo, or design. What the video claimed they did was to expose the designer to various visual patterns (Ex: bear wearing a hat) on the ride from the airport.
The guy practically flipped when they revealed the design he "thought up" was heavily based on their covert visual stimulus that was totally out of his awareness.
This tech will give companies an even more powerful version of mind control, beyond mere advertising.
