Unless you take roids, you will probably get soft as you age. Most of these ripped middle-aged guys are roided.

Aging is real. You get tired. Your body needs more rest and recovery. 15 years ago, I was doing hanging dips with 2 plates, now my shoulder has arthritis. People who have to work for a living tend to get old and fat. It’s life. She doesn’t look that bad. She’s not morbidly obese.
