We have no representation in general which creates favorable optics for pushing for specialized representation for ethnocentric Europeans. Of course optics isn't enough, the threat of force is needed, a separate currency that the US government does not have access to, and enough blackmail to keep politicians doing nothing about us.
A military group needs to be established, and needs to take it's baby steps protecting local Europeans to gain both good public reputation and resources to expand. Once that is completed, it expands in areas that aren't necessarily security related, food, ammunition, equipment etc. It introduces its own in group currency, i.e. can't be traded outside the group, probably a hybrid of silver and crypto. Once the "security group" is functionally a somewhat self sufficient army, it goes after the cartels and gangs to gain more public prestige and resources, but more importantly, blackmail on local politicians. With the blackmail on politicians in hand, and a large amount of wealth and support, said group begins pushing hard to become a "sovereign state still within US jurisdiction like the aboriginal tribes". This of course is too softly begin the process of removing Europeans out from under the international jewish boot.
A routine of cleaning up of bad guys to gain public favor, resources, and blackmail, will ensure the sovereign state gets to expand until self sufficiency. At which point heavy manufacturing is established to ensure that enough jets and tanks can be made to make the state a threat in the event of war. Once this is achieved, an "unfortunate systemic disagreement" will be organized through bribery, blackmail, and implicit imminent threats of war to justify separation from the US government entirely, but with the state maintaining an "Ally" relationship.

At least that is what I want to aim towards, and what I'm currently working towards. I need more time before I can usefully pursue this goal. You are more than welcome to pursue it before I can if you wish.
