These would likely be dead, along with around 60 other potted plants. Last year sucked, but the peppers normally start regrowing in the spring. Hopefully most pods will finish by the end of January.

Used to live in the -20 to -30 zone as a kid. Snow and ice and all that. Then roasting summers. Good to raise kids in that, but the harsh gets old as you do.
