Yep, and even being experimental with completely novel methodology of action - the EUA not only allowed it without any actual completed safety trials, but it is deemed a 'biological health countermeasure' run by the DOD in regulatory terms menaing another layer of obfuscation entirely out of the purview of Health regulators which are only on board as 'advisors' to the DOD for facilitating the manufacture and uptake of this 'health countermeasure'.
