A nice secluded spot, an unregistered/self-built/no-numbered, silenced .22lr rifle, and a bag of sub-sonic rounds. Practice on like-sized targets at like-range in a similarly small and secluded shooting area first.

A well placed shot would take care of it. You could use an oil filter to suppress your rifle if you want to but i would just do it while its blaring.

High power laser. Tech Ingredients just did a video on how the prices for that stuff has come down. I haven't priced it personally but maybe $1,000 will get you something that can burn a hole in the cone of that thing.

That or find a service ladder and just unplug it. If you are smart you snip the wire and drop it into the wall so they have to fish it again.

Or maybe a .22 can do the job of that high power laser.
