equality doesn't exist in nature, so it's a false premiss

What is the determinant of equality? Is a Doctor equal to a Plumber? Both are needed in society, but doctors are high earners, and most plumbers aren't (Some can be), but on the whole, Doctors live higher on the economic food chain. Is a Teacher equal to a Stock Broker? What makes people equal... Now a Doctor, a Plumber, a Teacher, and a Stock Broker can all be, in equal measure, civil.

Basically uncivilized 'people' shouldn't have rights

They almost seem the same. I suppose you could say that people are never really equal but some are better suited than others to apply the idea of equal rights, same races for example. There are no niggers equal to Whites and the same can be said of every other race compared to other races. And as for civil rights for civil people, we take away a man's civil rights when he shows himself unable to be civil. Goddamnit Ice Monkey it's Friday night and you made me think! 🤣
