Having a mental capacity that renders you unable to adequately assess your environment results in poor decisions and behaviors.

Becoming a whore is just one wrong direction you can go with a substandard thinker. Dumb people are an exploitable resource, and they are heavily exploited in all avenues of life. Tricking them into wage slavery, or into becoming whores; It's the cycle of life. If another type of mammal instead, they'd be eaten.
