They already offer this. It's called "alcarte ".

You have to buy your own modem and router, but you get "just Internet" for much less than all the other crap when you bundle.

How about gaming packages offering a nigger-free gaming experience? Back when I tried multiplayer, you could literally hear niggers talking. No thanks.
