• 92% of Australian journalists surveyed believe protections for whistleblowers in woefully inadequate
• A state of emergency may be enacted at anytime, to investigate whistleblowers by the kleptocrats and criminalise any disclosure by journalist sources or journalists that dare to bring to light criminal actions by our corporations and political figureheads.
• Former ATO whistleblower faces 161 years imprisonment over proving tax office bribery, meanwhile murders, rapists, paedophiles and communists have no fear of being punished.
• ASIO (Australian Security Intelligence Organisaation) can pressure journalists to give up their sources for prosecution and trial them as a spy for trying to protect Australian interests (ASIO is full of dissidents, faggots, chinks and traitors)
• 10% of journalists surveyed have been successfully silenced by a defamation writ within the last 2 years.
• Courts are not required to maintain records of suppression orders, only every other document. Modern journalists are talking heads and our criminal state is no better than Chinese propaganda.
• 28% of journalists surveyed have pulled a story for fear of fabricated defamation of their character.
• NSW breach of suppression order for telling the truth. NSW 1yr jail and $110K fine for each offence.
