Below freezing temps absolutely destroy current batteries in just a few days time.

Imagine having to replace a $32,000 EV Battery due to a 1-2 week cold snap in the Mid-West US.... now imagine doing that almost every year.

You hope there's only one long cold snap a year.

Wonder how fucked dealers are with these things sitting in their lot.

No doubt the skeevy bastards can foist them off to the idiots buying them in the summer.

I think this is more about the main power train batteries with EV’s.

biden and newsome think they can legislate gas engines out of existence

Isn't this exactly what they want though? The masses dependent on the (((government))) to fix everything? All these political elites call this a feature, not a bug.

[ - ] Shitstartercarter 2 points 1.3 yearsJan 17, 2024 09:32:10 ago (+2/-0)

To be honest. I don't know how they garnered enough authority to start dictating on what and how we all should drive. These parasites fly around in private jets and armored limos, yet we can't buy something like a Toyota Hilix and drive it legally.
This country needs a massive change. No more kikes. Niggers back to Africa. Third worlders out. Mine field and guard towers with m60s on the entire border. No more federal reserve and this money buys you politicians shit. This country is a fucking wreck. At this point we're better off starting it all over.

yuuup!

They can start with their own engines, government, police, military and such. Lead by example!

I can’t imagine owning a $50K-$90K item that is crucial to my earning a living, yet not being able to use it. This must feel 10x worse than when we were kids and our parents disciplined us by taking away Atari/Nintendo/Sega/Playstation, etc.. Now, you’re an adult and have done nothing wrong.

They've definitely done something wrong.

When they abandon their vehicles, where do the drivers go?

To home depot to get a generator and some gas cans.

Well to play devils advocate here my gas powerd car needs preconditioning too if I want to start it, at times it can take me up to a whole of 5 min till it turns over.

Now show me the sales traning to peddle those cars to Russians/Scandnavians living in the real cold where you can't afford to turn your engine off.

[ - ] GeorgeBailey 0 points 1.3 yearsJan 17, 2024 04:39:53 ago (+0/-0)

lol, there is one button they needed to press? Typical fucking normies not bothering to read a operators manual.

[ - ] Freespeechplease 0 points 1.3 yearsJan 17, 2024 03:50:45 ago (+0/-0)

Fuck em, they knew this when they brought it. They knew it was going to be cold. And most of these rich assholes probably have a 2nd or 3rd gas vehicle they could have chosen to take during the cold snap.

[ - ] HeavyBrain 0 points 1.3 yearsJan 17, 2024 05:44:01 ago (+0/-0)

Well thats not the problem, the problem is that they push this shit on people who don't have a fleet of cars.

And we know why they do it.

Who could have predicted this unforeseeable calamity? Only some sort of one-in-a-trillion genius prognosticator, that's who...
