There are three possible causes (could be combination):

1. Heart Failure due to sterioid and other drug abuse.
2. Complications of vaccine damage.
3. Total death by fake and gayness.

Drug and steroid abuse is rampant in pro wrestling, I'm betting this was death by overdose.
