It works in every state that stopped restricting the Citizen's right to bear arms. The Hammer against the liberal/communists that scream about this is, ask them Why the criminal would Care if his stolen firearm is legal? SO, criminals were Never restricted by any form of gun control.

I don't know, at a minimum, they should at least have the prerequisite training courses, and have to qualify at a gun range! If it were like it was in olden days, where kids were taught respect for guns, that's one thing. But to let some yahoo strap one on "just because they can", seems to be inviting trouble!
