She doesn't have the authority to do that. Even in an emergency. Not sure about Jew York but in Ohio the county sheriff is the only one that can impose travel bans and that is a narrow fucking set of circumstances usually relating to weather. The city cops can block off areas of a city but again need a LEGAL REASON to do so. The mayors or county government cannot impose travel bans.

Jew yawk needs to be locked down. Oh and make sure they've ALL been forced to get their 8th booster.
