Russians have begun making significant advances in the past week. There's about 5 to 6 weeks left before rains and thawing turn any unpaved places to deep mud, limiting armor movement to roads only.

It's hard to say exactly, but that's not counting wounded. Seems like at least that, from the videos I've seen. It's crazy that they still just "go to the front" to become one of the corpses scattered around the trenches.
