He isn't. He just knows that the predictions of mass vaccine death have been wrong. It is simply making people unhealthier in order to develop a greater dependence on the medical industry rather than these Qanon mass grave conspiracies.

That's typically how it works though. They'll keep adding to the slow boil and as long as outlandish predictions don't come true, people become used to their lessened standards of living and move on.
