In jew York, that's a week's worth of living expenses. Thank goodness they're doing something to minimize the crime that these criminals commit, at the very least. You still got all those homeless citizens committing crimes, but that's okay, we have plenty of jails to hold them for a few hours when they get caught beating up cops or raping women.
