Key point is the closing, particularly the reference to lone wolf ops. Two is one too many, etc. Elsewhere Mason refers to the need to 'fan the flames'. Takes on new meaning in light of the feasibility of lone wolf wildfire attacks.

Sure, but look where the wolves are today. They're being reintroduced in certain places, but their threat level is near zero. What they did succeed in was big profits for fencing manufacturers.

Lone wolf attacks today are easily co-opted into wins for the enemy, even if that results in some stamping of hooves and unsettlement in the herd. They would have to become far more popular and ubiquitous to become a real threat to modern jewish society.

Terrorist attacks are used with a view toward defense of a specific society defending a specific territory. This is as well established as the experience of the Provisional IRA. Whch is to say that if the US government attacks one's group and territory the US gets attacked in turn. This is not difficult.
