Biblically it is the responsibility of Government to enforce laws and punishment.

Prisons are easier to escape from than graves. It's why the jews demand leniency in our laws. That way if they get caught,they won't be put to death immediately and their jew lawyers have time to get them out.

--It costs FAR more to have someone on Death Row than life in prison.

--Death is not punishment for the truly guilty, it is relief. Rotting in a cell that stinks like sewer and eating garbage food is punishment.

I think lifers should be given the choice of life or execution, with zero appeals. The endless appeals cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Pretty simply really. Just tell her that while they don't reflect on what they did for the most part, they will have brief moments of lucidity where they realize and dread just how evil they are.
Tell her that prison for life for such demented freaks is a fate worse than death. As both the conditions will always be beyond poor, as no one will ever be able to truly care about them, and those with less time and lesser crimes will seek to torment those with greater. Pedophiles don't last long in prison because of the latter.

Tell her death is a mercy for such degenerates, and that what she wants is a very expensive torture.

She hasn't got the stomach to mete out punishment. That's why she prefers incarceration, and even then it's too much, so she advocates quietism and wishes some magical fictional other will mete out punishment.
