Haven't watched your video yet, but Amazon Prime keeps promoting their new series Mr and Mrs Smith (remake of the Brangelina movie).

Obviously (((executive class))) is being motivated by something other than profit, this is just one more damning example of that. As I watched it, my recuring thought was "even if someone approved of DEI, they'd have to see how it's impossible to create anything with those sorts of hoops to jump through." How could anything get done at any business with those sorts of rules?: is my two cents to offer.
