You're conveniently leaving out the most important information. Why do you need to pass someone? Are the other drivers "slow" or are they following the rules of the road and going the speed limit? And most important are you following the rules and not speeding? If you're speeding and need the left lane to speed in then this is just bullshit based on the fact that you want to break the law and drive like a fucking nigger.

I drive safe and stay in the right lane until I need to pass which always is a pain in the ass because of people speeding. I try to pass slower moving cars (where the other driver is below the speed limit) when I have the cruise control on not speeding and doing the speed limit then these speeders who are breaking the law zoom up behind me, coming out of nowhere and ride my bumper, flashing lights and acting like complete niggers while I still have cruise control on trying to pass like a normal person.

When it's time for me to get back into the other lane (not cutting off the person in the other lane making sure I have room to get over and have signaled my intentions using the turn signal) the faggot who is speeding and driving reckless, driving too close to my bumper then steps on the gas, cuts the guy in the right lane off, almost clips my bumper and tries passing in the other lane not even giving me the chance to pass normal.

Speeding and driving like a nigger is what causes accidents. Not people who you claim are 'matching speed'. I bet every time I pass someone, and they do this to me, they claim I'm in the wrong for passing, or "matching speed", meanwhile they are speeding and driving too close and driving reckless.

Go out at 6:30 am, free and clear and you'll be fine until they get on the roads. They start their shift at 7, at least in my area, or when I used to drive.

How do you enforce it? This is a serious question. Is it based on speed?

You might have obvious infractions, like when someone is driving in the far left lane and there's nobody else on the road. But in most ordinary traffic situations, isn't it reasonable that you could always be passing someone? What is the precise range in front of your vehicle that a car in the middle lane needs to be for it to be called passing?

What speed are doing? How much above the limit?

If the exit is coming up you know the people speeding behind you will make it hellish trying to get over to exit. You have to plan ahead.
