The problem with catbox seems to a DNS issue with mobile providers. Whether it's an underhanded form of censorship or not, I don't know. Links work fine on desktop and only on mobile if I use a VPN. I have not tried manually changing the DNS, but that could possibly work.

Update: DNS change works fine, as suspected. I just tried with Alternate DNS.
