When I was in my early 20s I applied to join the defence force, blitzing the aptitude assessment, with a recruiter on two separate occasions recommending me for intelligence services. Both times receiving a class 3 because I was 1kg under the recommended BMI at the time, or at least that was the guise for terminating my enlistment.

Many soldiers have left the defence services post covid, I am currently working with several of them right now who would never go back and would never allow their children or close friends to contemplate a career in the forces or adjacent fields.

Yeah there is a manpower shortage within Australia's armed forces - too bad the white Aussies who would normally have gone into the services were slaughtered in abortion clinics - so they want to force conscription, when that fails it will come to them hiring vast numbers of mercenaries.

Where will Australia be then, and what would stop those same mercenaries whose loyalty can not be guaranteed at any time, garrisoning the entire country on their own behalf? Nothing is what, and what makes anyone think the US will turn up to restore Australian sovereignty..
