Works fine on desktop, and it works on mobile with a VPN. You could try changing your phone's DNS if you don't have a VPN.

Update: DNS change works fine, as suspected. I tried with Alternate DNS.

Yeah, I was having this issue all day yesterday and most of today. I changed the DNS in my browser (brave). Works now.

It barely ever worked. I was lucky if anyone I ever sent a catbox link didn't complain about the content not loading or loading extremely slowly.
