Quasi-Poisson and negative binomial regression models have equal numbers of parameters, and either could be used for overdispersed count data. So the excess deaths they are trying to hide is by simply renaming excess deaths to overdispersed death numbers.
Dr John Campbell just showed graphs of all cause mortality from many different countries and mysteriously the ones from uk and aus have flat lined. Seems both those countries have started manipulating their data.
