Whatever the legions of naysayers say, there is plenty more evidence in that frame not limited to the serrated panels at left in the dark parts above the outlined section, which indicates it might be part of some kind of collapsed structure or maybe wreckage of some kind.
Yeah you've actually got it all wrong .. the "tracks" are the rover's wheel tracks, the "serrations" are where the wheels have run over low sand drifts, on a more positive note in this shot we can identify what looks like another human skull - outlined - a little further to the left of the one at left in the top shot.
