This doesn't look real. Blood doesn't look like that for more than a few min before hardening/darkening up.

I thought the exact same thing. That's the color of arterial blood immediately after it comes out- in a few minutes, it should darken significantly and start forming little clots in the pool of blood.

The only thing I can think of, is that blood is mixed with other fluids- piss, most likely. That'll make blood retain that bright red coloring a little longer and lead to the strange pooling we see here. The blood on the seat by his head looks closer to what we normally would expect.

Idk though, I've seen a LOT of gore videos with stabbings and shootings, and I've never seen anything quite like this.
