My wife and I were thinking about selling our home a few years ago. Through my realtor, an investment firm was notified. They called and said they wanted to send two inspectors and make an offer. Two girls in their 20’s showed up, looking around and taking pics. Got an offer the next day for 1.3 million. We had intended to put it on the market for 1 million because the roof, AC system, and septic needed replacing.

We decided not to sell. I can see how these companies can outbid regular buyers. Regular folks would have cared that things on the home needed replacing and they would want the price reduced. Investment companies don’t care about those things.

People assume it's giant investment firms buying houses.

That has waxed and wanted but what is really happening is many individuals have learned to become house investors and landlords or flippers.

So these are actually the same individuals that would have just been counted as homeowners not too long ago.

I think the main reason for this is incomes have not kept up with housing prices and it's partly a self-fulfilling circle admit but what happens is investors because they know how to use leverage and are going to be going after rental income which is usually higher than monthly payments on a mortgage investors are the only ones who can really afford to buy houses because they are the only financial model that works. The person whose income is going to be used solely to support their own house that they're going to live in has suffered relatively to the price of houses. Ironically those with incomes that have not suffered whose income have kept up with inflation of housing prices or gone higher quickly become investors in other real estate so the numbers sort of self-actualize here. Anyone who has learned how to buy real estate becomes an investor so becomes considered in this numbering scheme. Where is those who have not yet learned how to do it remain outside that loop and are losing power because all they're doing is trying to buy a home that they're going to live in. Hope that makes sense.

What I see is used houses (not new construction) come on the market and they are outdated ( last decades trendy kitchen instead of this decades)

So regular buyer won't fix them or won't then so they get snatched up by investors who have the crews to renovate them. They do that then put them back in the market and fewer investors pick those up. Those get bought by owner occupiers.

The kikes have corrupted the entire system to the point of it being nearly impossible for people under the age of 30 to buy a house.
