Knowing the Chinese, they'll have mostly just ripped off western designs and cobbled it together. I'd probably still trust the Boeing slightly more.

Now if the Russians make a new airliner, I'd really have to think harder about it. Since Clown World has practically inverted itself from what I knew as a kid, those Russian (Soviet) airlines I'd never set foot on in the past, might suddenly become the safest and best planes.
