I saw a show one time along the same lines.

Some megacorp wanted to oust its competition so they labeled the people that worked for it as invaders and drugged up its enforcement agency to believe what they were seeing were aliens that needed exterminating but it wore off on one of them abd they realized they were just executing random people to satisfy the corps bloodlust.
