He is perhaps best known for authoring a book titled The Secret World Government, or, "The Hidden Hand" (1926), which presents his conspiracy theory that the world is being clandestinely governed by a group of 300 individuals of "Judeo-Mongol" ancestry.

He moved to Harlem, New York, in 1920[4] where he was detained at Ellis Island for a special inquiry by the Immigration Bureau before being admitted.[6] In the US, he opened a branch of the Anglo-Latino-Slav League, where he advocated for unification of "white peoples of the globe against the domination of the colored peoples".[7] He also organized the Universal Gentiles' League among Russians in the US

On 8 February 1922, he stated he was preparing to publish a book titled The Unknown in History, but later on that same day he was stopped by armed men posing as US government officers, who seized a manuscript copy of the book in an effort to stop its publication.

The details about his death are a lie, he was killed one day before he was to chair the slav league which he'd been preparing for years.

Great find. I'm sure everyone is familiar with the council of 300. I always thought of them as a mix of old money European traitors and jews, but this 300 judeo Mongols is new to me... Are they identified in the book or elsewhere?

I did some decently in-depth research on the man a few years ago. Seems there was an espionage intended to blur his very existence lo all those years ago. Here you see two different men photo'd and said to be him. Doppelganger work and distorting history has been spycraft a long time.

What is with people? If you have some very important information, especially about people in power, don't plan to release it. Just do it. Be quiet, assemble the info and then release all at once.

I think the reason people often pre-announced the fact that they're going to release something is they're hoping to get some Fame and some followers from people. It may be because they're scared to release it and what they're hoping for is that a bunch of people will rally around them and provide them the comfort and security they're hoping for before they release it. Of course the opposite actually happens. They suddenly have put themselves in danger and almost no one rallies around them.

People don't rally around you to protect you. People only start rallying around you after it's become obvious to them that it's more dangerous for them to not rally around you and it is for them to rally around you. This is the lesson of history. I think I read that the American revolution was fought in one by something like 5% of the population. Obviously in Germany the Nazi party didn't get popular until it was very popular to join the Nazi party.

There are very few people in life who care about important long-term issues. Most people are just happy to get to be able to go to bed that night. Waiting and counting on a bunch of people to rally around before it's obvious that you're the one to be the leader and it's going to make you very unpopular if you don't join the movement well it's just stupid.
