Who is the best Federal Agent to contact on here? I suspect my neighbor has been illegally reciting my copyrighted poetry at a party he hosted, probably has guns and shit too.

Disappointed to know that he charged money for that Kegger, only to recite a drinking poem I had written without notifying my and giving me the licensing money.

What is the best legal way to pursue this?

Fun fact: you can legally self-publish by mailing your work to yourself. Don't open it, and the frank can prove when your masterpiece was written.

I don't know the law but I think using anything owned by someone else is a breach of copyright. You don't have to financially gain from it. So...us reproducing newspaper stories, as distinct from giving a link to those stories in the relevant newspaper, might breach copyright.
