Dunno. What is that level vis-a-vis Poland? The median age is 41 and younger women live overseas. I think at minimum a healthy society attracts younger women and it probably isn't too much to ask for Poland to have a replacement level birthrate. Already they suffer from a shortage of women of childbearing age. Pretty soon the average person is pushing 50 years old like in Germany.
