A Jewish man I know told me about his latest moneymaking scheme.

He wants to provide a skin-preserving service to people with tattoos. He intends to make drums and wall hangings out of their skin showcasing their tattoos after they die. I told him not only his clientele but also his employees will be the kind of people that enjoy skinning people and having human skin art. He said he's spoken to hundreds of people and they all love the idea, but I'm the weirdo because I called it ghoulish. I reminded him about Hitlers lampshades and he added lampshades to his product line.

Sounds like an idea that could take off. There are already tons of people who get tattooed in the first place. No big stretch to go that extra distance.

I recall during pizzagate - a UK company was manufacturing bespoke luxury items for sale and special order using 'humanely sourced cadavers' and a proprietary skin curing process to produce items such as wallets , gloves, shoes and throw rugs - there was a premium on 'baby skin items' - it was all hand sewn and hand made - and selling for hundreds of pounds/ euro's per item.
I belive it shut down after getting all the eyes on it from the public with 'wt actual fuck'.
Same as an underground restaurant that was allegedly fine dining using human flesh.
Probablty still find internet archives or screenshots of the actual web sites befor ethey (maybe) closed down.

Old tattoos look like shit.

After ~10-20 years they fade. That fine detail and precision line work you paid for ALL look like they have been smudged, or smeared into the surrounding skin.

I've heard it described as looking like someone's tattoo ink bled into the skin like beer into a paper towel. The ink gets pulled out of place.
