30 people by any standard is an intimidating size crowd. Especially when they're all mostly adult males. About the size of a platoon. Park or forest rangers don't number that many, I agree. But they can always call for back-up. The cops frequently ask the feds for assistance. If any property owner saw more then two dozen guys just loitering around on his property he's definitely calling the cops.

You're right when you have a fixed address you are vulnerable to raids, surveillance, sabotage, etc. But there are also vulnerabilities when you're roaming. The fact that some would have to return to society to generate money shows that there is still dependance on the normal economy to function. I think this would have worked in the Oklahoma panhandle in the 1880's, also known as No Man's Land. Or somewhere in the Wild West about the same time. But there is so many layers of state authorities in the US now it's quite intimidating to think of going against them. It feels safer just buying a cheap 5 acre property somewhere and doing your own thing there. At least nobody can call the authorities on you for trespassing, harass you, not have a stable place to sleep or reliable food.

Maybe if one was raised with Huns or Mongols on the steppe for most of ones life you could adjust but I think for those that have only known a sedentary lifestyle it would be extremely difficult to adjust to a nomad life. Which is not too disimilar from a homeless lifestyle, except better supplied.

The secession part can be more low-key. Like a passive resistance type deal where it's kept hidden but alive. I think it's a lot to ask people who are used to drive-thru combo meals, spacious supermarkets, Queen size beds and high speed internet to just sit your ass on grass and shoot loads in orifices while you pass the ass. Maybe if they're on enough drugs... There would have to be a lot of drugs involved in any case.

I remember Waco. David Koresh really got roasted alive. That was during Clinton's presidency too. There is rave festivals that are done at random spots in largely empty areas, like Nocturnal Wonderland/Coachella, with kind of a similar idea. This could be marketed as the endless rave. The Aryan Rave. There's alot of details that need to be figured out.
